This Peanut Butter Ice Cream may just be my most favorite ice cream ever! I said that about the Clean Eating Nutella, but this is so much better! The best part? There is only 3 ingredients! Can it get better?
As most of you know, I use coconut milk to make my ice cream. It just creates such a creamy ice cream. You can try using almond milk as well, but it may not be as creamy. If you are not a fan of coconut, don’t worry! It tastes nothing like it! All you can taste is the peanut butter goodness. I better enjoy a little bit after lunch today, because when my husband and older daughter come home, there will probably be none left!
3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Ice Cream
You could be in peanut butter heaven with just 3 simple ingredients and 20 minutes!
- Throw all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to the ice cream machine.
- When the ice cream looks like it’s almost done, add in the chocolate chips and let stir for a 1-2 more minutes.
- Remove from the ice cream maker and serve.
Keep in mind that it will be a soft serve consistency. If you like a harder ice cream, put it in the freezer for a bit and it will firm up more. If you don’t have an ice cream machine, you can try transferring the mixture to popsicle molds or smoothie pop molds. Enjoy!
