Maple Cinnamon Parsnip Chips

Maple Cinnamon Parsnip Chips. I love making homemade chips.  These yummy homemade chips are my latest creation.  The maple and cinnamon flavors go so well in this easy parsnip chip recipe.

If you don’t know what parsnips are, they are in the same family as carrots and have a mild, sweet flavor.  These maple parsnip chips are so good!

My kids and I ate the whole tray!  If you like this recipe, you may also enjoy my zucchini chips and my maple cinnamon roasted chickpeas.

  1. Think I'll try these with honey instead of maple syrup for inclusion into our SCD lifestyle. Always looking for new snack recipes!
  2. Is there a reason you are using grade A maple syrup? Grade B is a healthier grade. I just discovered parsnip french fries, can't wait to try these chips. Thanks
    1. My husband bought that syrup the other day. I usually do buy grade B because it's cheaper. I had no idea it was healthier.
