Every time I come across something that might be of interest to you all, I try and share it. I recently came across a company called Beyond Basics Health Coaching. I had an extensive conversation with Mary Pietras, the CEO and founder.
The values of this program fit very much in the same line as my own clean eating values. I would never recommend a program I didn’t already believe in myself. If you are new to clean eating, or healthy living in general, then Beyond Basics health coaching might be a good fit for you. Here are some of the things the program has to offer:

This online program has over 140 educational and cooking videos. Plus there is a secret Facebook page open to clients for support. In addition to that, you can go through the program with a support buddy that can help keep you on track. There is education on topics such as Non GMO, organic, acid vs. alkaline, meat, dairy, sugar, gluten and wheat, adding in vegetables, smoothies, juicing, prepping and shopping for vegetables, buying healthy food on a budget, how to eat at a restaurant, chemicals and how to detect them, label reading and making this a lifestyle change.
