Crock Pot Spaghetti & Vegetables

I have been trying to come up with more crock pot recipes lately.  This crock pot spaghetti recipe was actually my husband’s idea.  I love this crock pot spaghetti because it is a one pot meal making cleanup a snap.  Not to mention it’s super easy!  Slow cooking this allows for more of the flavors to develop as well.

Slow Cooker Breakfast Quinoa

Have you ever had quinoa for breakfast?  Quinoa can be very versatile.  I have used quinoa in cookies and stir fries in the past, but this was my first try eating quinoa for breakfastQuinoa is naturally gluten free, so it’s a great alternative to oatmeal.  This slow cooker breakfast quinoa was much better than I ever expected!  Slow cooking the quinoa allowed the sugars in the dates and apples to come out.  I added no sugar at all to this slow cooker breakfast quinoa.

Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

I love my crock pot.  Do you?  Crock pot meals are so easy.  Throw everything in, turn on and walk away.  I try to make everything I can in the crock pot.  Especially soups.  This black bean soup is no exception.  I already have a white bean soup on the blog, so I thought it was about time to add a crock pot black bean soup to the mix.
