Cookie Dough Overnight Oats are where it’s at.  It’s been quite a while since I created an overnight oats recipe.

So I am bringing you these cookie dough overnight oats.  Imagine eating breakfast that tastes like a warm, oatmeal chocolate chip cookie!  Can breakfast get better than that?

This easy overnight oats recipe is vegan and gluten free.  You can eat it cold, or heat it up in the morning.  I personally love making these with steel cut oats and eating them cold.

It reminds me of the boxed cereal that I used to eat.  I used dried cherries in my recipe, but you can use fresh as well.  I hope you enjoy.

Peach Pie Overnight Oats

I have a new overnight oats recipe for you!  This time it’s peach pie overnight oats.   These peach pie overnight oats came out very good.  I pureed my peaches to put in this recipe, but you could also add chunks of peaches instead if you like.

One of the best things about overnight oats is that there is no cooking required!  I make 5 at a time for easy breakfasts all week.  You can eat them cold or hot.  I eat them cold and it actually reminds me of cold cereal.  If you wanted to make these more of a peaches and cream oats, you could add in some plain yogurt or cashew cream.  Yum!

Coconut Strawberry Overnight Oats

Coconut Strawberry Overnight Oats.  As you know, I just love my oats.  And my favorite way to eat them is in the form of overnight oats.

Overnight oats, or Oats in a Jar, are so easy and you don’t even need to cook them!  This coconut strawberry overnight oats is my newest creation.

You can make these with either rolled oats or steel cut oats.  I like steel cut oats myself.  They will retain a slight crunch that I like.

If you like a smoother oatmeal, feel free to use rolled oats instead.  These overnight oats are gluten free and vegan. 🙂  If you are not gluten free, feel free to use regular oats.  That is what I do. 🙂
