Maple Vanilla Almond Granola

Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 45 minutes Yields 4 cups     adjust servings



  • 3 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tsp ground vanilla beans OR vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup


 Preheat oven to 350.  In a bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix well.

Spread mixture onto a lined baking sheet.  Bake for about 40-45 minutes, stopping halfway through to shake the granola around. 


Recipe Notes

 This should keep in an airtight container for at least a week.  You can even freeze it for longer. Enjoy!
