Super Simple Tabouleh Salad
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup bulgur
- 3 cups water
- 4-5 green onion sliced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- lg bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley chopped fine
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes (I used cherry tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2-3 T pomegranate molasses
- salt to taste
