Tahini Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2- 3/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans chopped
  • 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. 
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. 
  3. Mix wet in a smaller bowl .
  4. Add wet to dry. 
  5. Spoon mixture onto lined baking pans
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, stopping once to shake halfway through.  Enjoy!
