Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 large zuccini
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth.  I used a Vitamix.  Enjoy!
