Black Bean and Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups black beans
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 2 cups corn (please make sure to buy this organic)
- 2 green onions sliced
- Juice of 1 small lime
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 T avocado oil
- 1 avocado sliced
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Throw everything in a bowl and mix together. That’s it. Super easy. Hope you enjoy it!
