Maple Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas
- 2 cups chickpeas rinsed and dried (I used Eden Food's BPA free canned chickpeas)
- 1 T coconut oil
- 2 T pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix everything well in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, shaking every 10 minutes to keep them from burning. That’s it. Easy peasy!
