Healthy French Fries
- 5-6 russet potatoes julienned
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 T coconut oil
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Pan fry the potatoes in the oil for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
- Transfer them onto a greased or lined baking sheet and bake for about an hour. Shake the pan every 15 minutes or so to get them to cook evenly.
