Chia Seed Pudding
Get some superfoods into your diet with this yummy pudding!
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 orange cut into segments
- zest of one orange
- 1 tsp ground vanilla beans
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 2 T cacao nibs
- Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
This chia seed pudding takes all of 5 minutes to make and will keep you full for a long time afterward.
