I went a little crazy with the hazelnuts.  I just had some left over from my Vegan No Bake Nutella Bites and my Vegan Nutella Granola.  Store bought Nutella is loaded with unhealthy ingredients and it’s so easy to make it yourself.  Now vegans can enjoy it too!

This makes me so happy because I grew up eating Nutella.  My mom is German and we always had it in our house.  This little spread opens my mind to all kinds of yummy recipes to create in the future.  Stay tuned!

    1. I don't have one because I am not a dietician and my numbers would never be exact. However, there are many websites that you can figure out an estimate. www.caloriecount.com is one. www.myfitnesspal.com is another.
  1. Made this today. Sooooo YUMMY! Both by boys and hubby loved it on cut up bananas. I made a double batch so I can use it in your nutragrain bars too. Your recipes are amazing. Keep up the awesome job!
  2. Do you think I could use walnuts instead? I may be coming a sin by saying this but I really do not like the taste of hazelnut.... :)
    1. Sounds like you may have. Did you use cacao or cocoa powder? Cacao will have a slightly more bitter taste. If you don't like the taste, you can always add more sweetener and blend again.
  3. Oh My Yum!!! Made this today and it is soooo good! Gave my nutella loving husband a taste and he wasn't sold that it tasted like his jar nutella, made him taste the jar nutella after this one and it tastes wrong in comparison! Now he's converted
  4. Will you give me some good advice on where to purchase hazelnuts please? They only time I can find them in stores in my area is at Christmas and then it's a mixed bag of unshelled nuts. Thank you so much!
    1. I get them at Sprouts, Natural Grocers and Whole Foods year round. I also link the nuts in the post to Amazon if you can't find them anywhere near you.
  5. Can't believe it took me this long to make this.... So yummy! Didn't win the kiddos over with it.... Yet! May have to add in some coconut sugar to help them transition... Thank you! I have the baking bug again. Making the blondes and salted caramel cookies later today...
