BBQ Roasted Chickpeas
- 2 cups chickpeas or 1 can dried and rinsed
- 1/4 cup Homemade BBQ Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a bowl, mix the chickpeas and BBQ sauce until they are well covered.
- Spread them out onto a greased baking sheet and place in the oven for 45-60 minutes.
I check and shake them often to avoid them burning which can easily happen. If you feel the need, you can brush more BBQ sauce on right before removing from the oven. I make mine in very small batches so they don’t last long. They tend to lose their crunchiness once stored in a container. My kids will eat them soggy to though. They don’t seem to mind!
