Well you all know I love to juice, and I love my Breville juicer.  I use it daily.  This is perfect for hot days like we are having this summer here in Texas.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup mango sliced
  • 2 nectarines sliced with pits removed
  • 2 cups honey dew melon sliced
  • 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Juice the fruits in the order of the ingredients. If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend everything in a blender .

I am sure it will be equally delicious that way! This juice would be great for backyard parties. Add a little vodka and you have a great adult beverage too. Next time I make it, I am going to pour the mixture into my popsicle molds .

  6. My kids can't tolerate fiber and a juicer would be so helpful for them! They have gastroparesis, i.e. delayed stomach emptying. Fiber is difficult for them to process.

  7. Hi Mellisa, I really love your blog. Your posts are the ones that I look forward for. You are the reason I stopped giving my kids scary vitamins containing Carmel color. You are the reason my husband started to read labels :) My husband loved juicing when we had a juicer long time ago. It's broken. Repairing electronics is so expensive. Breville is a very good juicer. If I win,fingers crossed,it will be one way I can put more nutrition in my family's diet. Like you facebook page always. Liked Breville Juicer page too.   9. I would love to start juicing! My son just bought up my 30 year old juicer (a wedding present) from the basement. It wastes a lot of goodness in the juicing process. Time to get into the new millennium!

  14. I love your blog and am enjoying many of your recipes! (So are my husband and son. Thank you for taking the time to share them. I really would love the Breville juicer. I do not own a juicer, but it is at the top of my wish list (just not in the budget). Juicing is the next culinary adventure I would like to try! I can't wait!

  20. Need a new juicer! My cheap one broke and I juice every morning. Need to continue to juice to get my vitamins through nature rather than relying on my prenatal vitamin!
