Nutella Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup steel cut or rolled oats (I used gluten free steel cut oats)
- 1/2-1 cup almond milk
- 1 T homemade nutella
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax meal
- optional: 1 medjool date chopped or 1 tsp maple syrup
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar and mix well.
- Store covered in the fridge overnight.
I make 5 at a time so I have easy breakfasts all week. I eat mine cold, but if you like yours warm, feel free to heat it up. Either way works. Enjoy!
