Gingerbread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup GF steel cut or rolled oats (steel cut for a crunch or rolled oats for a smoother oatmeal)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean or extract

Instructions

  1. Throw all the contents in a jar and store overnight in the fridge.
  2. In the morning, you can eat them cold, or heat them up for a warm breakfast. Enjoy!
