Easy Black Bean Dip
A super easy dip great for parties!
- 2 cups cooked black beans or 1 can black beans
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- Put all the ingredients in a blender .
- Blend until smooth.
This dip should last a couple weeks in the fridge. I think it could also be frozen for longer storage. You can also probably make this in a food processor if you don't have a blender.
