    For the dressing

    • 2 oranges, juiced
    • 1/2 cup tahini
    • 1 T apple cider vinegar
    • 1 small garlic clove, minced

    For the slaw

    • 1 parsnip, julienned
    • 1 diakon, julienned
    • 1 apple, julienned
    • 1 cup red cabbage, chopped

    For the wrap

    • 1 leaf chard makes 3 wraps

      For the dressing

      1. Juice the orange.
      2. In a bowl, add the orange juice with the other ingredients and stir until mixed well.

      For the slaw

      1. Add the slaw ingredients in a bowl with as much of the sauce as you like and mix well.

      For the wrap

      1. Cut the chard leaf into three pieces perpendicular to the spine. One piece is enough to use as the wrap.
      2. Lay the section of the chard leaf flat.
      3. Add the slaw to the leaf.
      4. Wrap the ingredients in the chard leaf.
      5. Serve with more dressing to dip.

      Recipe Notes

NOTE: If you don't want to julienne the vegetables, you can probably shred them as well.

Don't have parsnip laying around? Use carrots instead. In fact, the next day, we just used our left overs and threw everything into a salad bowl and ate it that way. This recipe is very versatile. Enjoy!
