Simple Roasted Pepitas

Prep Time 5 min Cook Time 15 min Serves 2 cups     adjust servings

A healthy option when you need a snack!


  • 2 cups raw pepitas
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl , mix the pepitas and oil.
  3. Stir well until the oil has coated all the pepitas.
  4. Once the pepitas are coated, stir in the salt.
  5. Spread the pepitas onto a lined baking sheet .
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, shaking them pepitas about half way through.
  7. Store in a glass jar on the counter top or in the pantry.
  8. They should last a week or two. Maybe more? They never last long here!
