  1. I have just started doing overnight oats, and I absolutely love them. Even though we are into autumn on the Gold Coast in Australia, I still can't wait the 2 minutes in the microwave to heat them up. Maybe another month and I will!! My favourite so far is chia, flaxseed, cinnamon, cacao, vanilla extract and blueberries. Yummy!! Yours look delicious - can't wait to try. Thanks for sharing your recipes xxx
  2. I know I've tried the cinnamon apple (I would add some chopped fresh apple to it in the future) and the Coconut Vanilla. I may have tried the Pumpkin Pie, too. My favorite is the Coconut Vanilla. Obviously I'll have to try some of the others… I do really enjoy overnight oats, and I think you were the person who introduced me to them. They make a great breakfast. Thank you!
  3. I discovered your website a few months ago and have enjoyed trying out several of your recipes. I love making your overnight oats. They are easy to make in advance and so delicious. I'm totally addicted to the gingerbread oats.
  4. Ever since I discovered your overnight oats I am hooked. Apple cinammon (with added grated apple to the mix) is great and the almond chocolate is sinful. I have just been waiting for blueberry season to start here and will be trying your blueberry and cream one next
  5. Being a lover of something good and filling for breakfast i would love to try this! I may have missed another post already but i have an an allergy so would Buckwheat or Kasha work as an Oat replacement and would you soak either ahead of time? Thanks!!!
    1. I think buckwheat would work great. You may have to soak it prior to using though. Millet would also work I think.
  6. I am new to overnight oats. Just made your almond butter chocolate recipe last night and ate it this morning. Yummy! I only had rolled oats. I will have to buy some steel cut oats and try them out. My question is do you think buckwheat groats would work? I've never used them for anything but picked up a package several months ago and its been sitting in the cabinet waiting for me to use it.
    1. Oh I just saw the other post regarding buckwheat. I guess I should have read through the comments before submitting my question. Please feel free not to post it or just not answer it. Thanks. Love your blog. :)
  7. Hello- I've been using some of you lovely recipes for a few months now, since I have changed my eating habits. Since you are so generous to share your recipes and ideas, I thought I'd share one of my own. This is for salted caramel coconut oats. I forgot to get them started last night, so I just made this in the microwave. 1/4 C steel cut oats 3/4 C water 1 t chia seeds 1T unsweetened coconut After about 90 seconds, I added 1 finely chopped date, and gave it 30 more seconds. Finally I stirred in 1/4 C chopped pecans, some Himalayan salt and 1 T of coconut cream (I love Trader Joe's!). Yum!
  8. I just stumbled upon your website last week, and now I'm on it all the time! I'm currently eating an overnight oats recipe, and its absolutely delicious! Thank you for all your hard work, and allowing me to eat amazing food and still be healthy!
