Healthy Southwestern Salad

A healthy salad for those days it's too hot to cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce (rough chopped)
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 cup black beans
  • 3 avocados (sliced)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 T chopped cilantro
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. If you can let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge, the flavors will develop more.
