A simple treat with a dose of healthy fats!
- 4 cups sliced strawberries (I used fresh, but frozen should work well too.)
- 2 T chia seeds
- Blend the 2 ingredients in a blender for about 2 minutes.
- Pour into popsicle molds and place the molds into the freezer. Enjoy!
