Strawberry Popsicles

Prep Time 5 min Serves 6 popsicles     adjust servings

A simple treat with a dose of healthy fats!


  • 4 cups sliced strawberries (I used fresh, but frozen should work well too.)
  • 2 T chia seeds


  1. Blend the 2 ingredients in a blender for about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and place the molds into the freezer. Enjoy!
