Espresso Vanilla Almond Butter

Prep Time 10 min Serves 1 cup almond butter     adjust servings

Gt your almond butter with a kick!


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1-2 T coffee beans (I used Kicking Horse )
  • 3 T maple syrup
  • 2 tsp ground vanilla beans
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  1. In a food processor , combine the almonds, vanilla beans and coffee beans. Blend for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Then add in the remaining ingredients and blend. If the mixture looks too dry, you can add water until you get a desired consistency. You could also add a little oil if you like.


Recipe Notes

Please store this almond butter in the fridge. It will last a couple weeks that way. **Note: Due to the caffeine in this, I would not recommend giving it to children.
