Homemade Peach Chia Jam

Prep Time 5 min Serves 1 cup jam     adjust servings

Only a few ingredients to make this healthy jam!


  • 3 peaches (pits removed)
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 T maple syrup (optional) I did not add it


  1. Slice the peaches and blend them up in a food processor . I left the skins on, but you can peel them if you like.
  2. Once the mixture is smooth, add the chia seeds and place the mixture in the fridge for about 3-4 hours to set.
