Homemade Peach Chia Jam
Only a few ingredients to make this healthy jam!
Ingredients
- 3 peaches (pits removed)
- 2 T chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 T maple syrup (optional) I did not add it
Instructions
- Slice the peaches and blend them up in a food processor . I left the skins on, but you can peel them if you like.
- Once the mixture is smooth, add the chia seeds and place the mixture in the fridge for about 3-4 hours to set.
