Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes or rolled oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 T cacao powder
  • 1 medjool date
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender , combine all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately. You can also pour the mixture into ice cube trays to freeze for later. Enjoy!
