Energizing Green Smoothie
A healthy smoothie that will keep you full until lunch!
- 1 large bunch baby spinach or baby kale
- 2 cups pineapples
- 1 cup ice
- 1-2 T chia seeds
- Put the pineapples and greens in the blender and get them started first.
- Then add the ice and chia seeds and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
