Vegan Pizza Cheese Sauce
You will never miss the cheese with this flavorful sauce!!
- 2 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- sea salt to taste
- Drain and rinse the cashews. In a blender , combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth.
This sauce will keep in the fridge for a couple weeks. You can also freeze it for longer storage. Enjoy!
