Avocados with Mango Salsa

Prep Time 10 min Serves 6 avocado halves     adjust servings

The perfect healthy treat for summer!


  • 3 avocados, pits removed
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 T cilantro, chopped
  • 1 T lime juice


  1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the avocados.
  2. Remove the avocado pits and place some salsa inside each one.
  3. These are best when served immediately, but they will keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 days if you squeeze some extra lime juice on the avocados.
