Caramel Cashew Spread
Only 2 ingredients to make this decadent spread!
- 10 Medjool dates (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
- Drain the dates and add them to a food processor with the cashew butter. Blend until smooth. Store in a jar in the fridge. It should last a few weeks that way. Enjoy!
