Caramel Cashew Spread

Prep Time 5 min Serves 1 cup caramel cashew spread.     adjust servings

Only 2 ingredients to make this decadent spread!


  • 10 Medjool dates (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)


  1. Drain the dates and add them to a food processor with the cashew butter. Blend until smooth. Store in a jar in the fridge. It should last a few weeks that way. Enjoy!
