Slow Cooker Gingerbread Oats

Super easy breakfast idea!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free steel cut oats
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 6 medjool dates, chopped
  • 5-7 cups water
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3 T blackstrap molasses
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 2-3 hours. I stirred every 45 minutes or so. If the mixture looks too thick, you can add more water.
