Vegan Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain coconut yogurt (coconut cream may work too)
- 1 cup diced cucumber no seeds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 T fresh chopped dill
- Juice from half a lemon
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl well.
- Keep refrigerated. This should last about 4-5 days in the fridge. Enjoy!
