Garlic Herb Cheese Spread

This spreadable vegan cheese is full of flavor!


  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 3 T apple cider vinegar
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 2 T chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Sea Salt to taste


  1. Drain the cashews and place them into a blender or food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth. Adjust the taste if needed.
  3. The cheese will thicken up a bit more when in the fridge, but should be able to spread easily onto crackers or bread.


Recipe Notes

Keep this cheese stored in the fridge. It should last a couple weeks that way. Enjoy!
