Garlic Herb Cheese Spread
This spreadable vegan cheese is full of flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 T chives, chopped
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Drain the cashews and place them into a blender or food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. Adjust the taste if needed.
- The cheese will thicken up a bit more when in the fridge, but should be able to spread easily onto crackers or bread.

Keep this cheese stored in the fridge. It should last a couple weeks that way. Enjoy!
