Roasted Mushrooms with Thyme
This simple and quick side dish is full of flavor. Vegan, gluten free and paleo!
- 2lbs mushrooms, cleaned
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp dried thyme
- Himalayan sea salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
- Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
These should keep in the fridge for about 4 days. Enjoy!
