Cold Brew Coffee Ice Cream

This is a healthy frozen treat you can feel good about eating!


  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup REBBL Reishi Cold Brew
  • 1 tsp coffee extract
  • 2 Medjool dates (optional)


  1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Scoop into bowls and serve.


Recipe Notes

This should keep for several months in the freezer. Enjoy!
