Cold Brew Coffee Ice Cream
This is a healthy frozen treat you can feel good about eating!
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup REBBL Reishi Cold Brew
- 1 tsp coffee extract
- 2 Medjool dates (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Scoop into bowls and serve.
