Chocolate Almond Butter Ice Cream
A healthy ice cream you can feel good about eating! Zero added sugar and perfect for summer!
Ingredients
- 2 bananas frozen, sliced
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 2-3 T cacao powder
- 1-2 T non dairy milk (if needed to help blend)
Instructions
- In a food processor , add the bananas an start to blend. Once they look a little broken down, add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to add a little dairy free milk to get the mixture smooth.
- The ice cream will be a soft serve consistency. If you like a harder ice cream, just transfer to an ice cream tub and place in the freezer for one hour.
