Cherry Chocolate Chip Nice Cream

Prep Time 5 minutes Serves 2     adjust servings



  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1-2 T almond milk (if needed)


Add all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to a food processor and blend until smooth. Once smooth, add in the chocolate chips and pulse a few times.

The ice cream is a soft-serve consistency.  If you desire a harder ice cream, you can transfer to a pan and stick in the freezer for 30 minutes.  Enjoy!
