Vanilla Bean Cookie Dough Dip

Prep Time 5 minutes Yields 1 1/2 cups     adjust servings

This delicious vanilla bean cookie dough dip is packed with vanilla flavor! Vegan, gluten free and grain free!


  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas OR 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground vanilla beans
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • almond milk (amount varies upon the consistency desired)


In a food processor, add the chickpeas and blend. 

Then, add the remaining ingredients, except for the almond milk) and blend well.

Lastly, add the almond milk, a little at a time, until you get the consistency you desire. Enjoy!
