Slow Cooker Pumpkin Caramel Oatmeal
- 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 5-7 cups water or almond milk
- 1/2 cup date paste
- 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin puree or 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on high for about 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy!
This should last a couple weeks in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer!
