Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Dip

I recently made a Brownie Batter Hummus that got really good reviews.  So this Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Dip is another variation of dessert hummus.  It’s PERFECT for summer because who really wants to turn on the oven in this heat?

This is dough you can eat straight up, or you can thin it out to make the dip. Win win all around in my opinion.

This Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Dip is super easy to make.  Vegan and gluten free.  You only need 4 ingredients + water if it’s needed. Serve with fruit, graham crackers, or eat it by the spoon! 🙂 If you do feel like baking this, I think that could also work.

No Bake Snickerdoodle Truffles (Vegan)

Put these No Bake Snickerdoodle Truffles on your must make list!  When I was shopping at Whole Foods the other day, they were giving out samples of these vegan snickerdoodle truffles.

While they were very delicious, the ingredients were definitely not the healthiest.  So when I got home, I set out to make my own version and I think they came out pretty good.

If you love truffles, you must also check out these dark chocolate raspberry truffles, and these pecan caramel truffles.

If you have an allergy to peanuts, I do think any other nut should work as well.  Sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds might also work for a nut-free option.  You can make these up in about 10 minutes.  Super easy snacking!

I also think roasted chickpeas may be delicious with this seasoning.  I think I will try those next.  In the meantime, I hope you enjoy these roasted peanuts as much as we did!
