Super Moist Flourless Brownies (Vegan)

Super Moist Flourless Brownies.  Who doesn’t like brownies?  My Thick and Fudgy Brownie recipe is very popular.  But it’s not flourless.  I also have a Grain Free Blondie recipe that still is not flourless.

Since so many people try to avoid those things, I started to think about black bean brownie recipes.  There are so many flourless brownie recipes out there.

I have actually attempted flourless brownies in the past, but many have been fails.  So I decided to try a successful black bean brownie recipe.

I even shared this black bean brownie recipe on my Facebook page in the past.  I used Sugar Free Mom’s recipe as inspiration, but slightly tweaked it to make it oil free.

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls (Vegan)

I have been craving homemade cinnamon rolls for quite some time.  I am not sure why I was so intimidated by the idea of making them from scratch.  I guess it was because I wasn’t sure if I could get the cinnamon roll dough perfect.

For my homemade cinnamon rolls I didn’t want to rely on vegan butters like Earth Balance.  I wanted to try and use melted coconut oil instead. So I just dove right in and tried them. I have to say that I am pretty happy with the way these vegan cinnamon rolls turned out.

It’s that time of year again.  The kids are going back to school.  Mine start in a couple of weeks.   So now is the time to get organized so you are not rushing on those busy mornings.  Here is a list of make ahead breakfasts you can freeze and easily pull out in a hurry.  I thought I would also share some of my favorite school lunch supplies.

This recipe will make a weeks worth of healthy breakfasts you can freeze and reheat for busy mornings.  You can swap out the fruits for what you have on hand as well.

This recipe can also be made with peanut butter or sunflower butter.  The choice is yours.  Make, freeze and re-heat.
