It took me a few attempts to make these red cookies.  I originally tried using beet juice, but after the cookies baked, all the red color disappeared.

So I used freeze dried strawberries for this recipe, and they came out great!  These Chocolate Strawberry Cookies are vegan, gluten free and grain free.  I hope you enjoy them.

Easy Cabbage Stir Fry

The other day, my husband Marcus, made a delicious meal using odds and ends from the fridge. Sometimes the best meals come out of using the leftovers!  This Easy Cabbage Stir Fry was a perfect example of that.  He posted a pic of the meal in my Facebook group, and a lot of people wanted the recipe.  So he made it again with measurements, so I could share it with you.  If you love cabbage, you will also like my Cabbage Salad and my Asian Slaw.

Maple Coconut Popcorn

I made you some Maple Coconut Popcorn! Popcorn is one of my girls’ favorite snacks.  Ever since we got our air popper, it’s been super easy to make too!  Normally, I just make a maple cinnamon version.  However, the other day, I had some leftover toasted coconut from my toasted coconut vanilla smoothie, so I added that to the mix.  Wow! This Maple Coconut Popcorn came out so delicious!  So good that I had to share with all of you.
