Mint Chocolate Shamrock Smoothie
The perfect St. Patrick's Day smoothie!
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 an avocado, pitted
- 6 sprigs of mint
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup ice
- 2 T cacao nibs
- In a blender, add the water and spinach. Blend until everything has turned to liquid. Then, add the remaining ingredients, except the cacao nibs, and blend until smooth.
- Lastly, add the cacao nibs and pulse a few times so they get evenly distributed.
- Pour and serve.
