Peanut Butter Cup Nice Cream (Vegan)

Peanut Butter Cup Nice Cream.  This ice cream is made healthier, but it’s still also a little indulgent.  I used a frozen banana base and added some dark chocolate peanut butter cups to it.

I used Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups which are naturally vegan.  While they do contain a bit of sugar, they are far better than a Reese’s cup! Besides, we all need to indulge every once and a while.  It’s called balance.

Peanut Butter Cup Nice Cream

Prep Time 5 minutes Serves 4     adjust servings

Just 3 simple ingredient to make this secretly healthy ice cream.  Vegan and gluten free!


  • 3 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 5-6 Justin's Mini Peanut Butter Cups, chopped


In a food processor, add the frozen bananas and blend. 

Then add in the peanut butter and blend until smooth.

Lastly, add in the chopped peanut butter cups and pulse a few times to get them mixed up.

Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze for a scoopable ice cream. Enjoy!!
