Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Waffles. My kids love waffles. Before we decided to eat clean, I used to buy the pre-made boxed waffles.
For some reason I thought waffles were hard to make yourself. That could not be further from the truth! Waffles are super easy and these Gluten Free Apple Waffles are my daughter’s favorite.
I have had an Apple Cinnamon Waffle recipe on my blog for some time now, but I didn’t have one that was gluten free. Now I do.
Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats. Fall is just around the corner. That makes me think of warm smells like cinnamon and nutmeg.
I just love it! This recipe is like having the fall flavors all wrapped up in one yummy breakfast! If you have already made my Almond Butter Overnight Oats, you know that this recipe is super easy!
This oatmeal has a little crunch in the morning from the steel cut oats. If you like more of a smoother oatmeal, then rolled oats may be better for you to use.
I make up a whole bunch of these and then just grab and go during the week. I added no sugar to mine at all, but if you like your oatmeal a bit sweeter, I will put an option in the ingredients.

Apple Cinnamon Waffles. Every weekend we try to make waffles. You can never have too many healthy waffle recipes. Today we made healthy apple waffles with lots of cinnamon!
We usually make Blueberry Oatmeal Waffles or Strawberry Banana Waffles. The last couple months, my daughter had soccer early in the morning, so we had to rush out quickly with no time to make waffles.
This past weekend, we were finally able to again. My daughter requested apple cinnamon waffles, so here you go.
You can use all white whole wheat flour if you want. I just like to mix it up with some oat flour. This recipe is super easy and could probably be easily converted into pancakes as well.
It will make your house smell amazing too! I always make a big batch and then freeze some. Then you can easily pull one out and toast it on those busy mornings!
Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal. One of my favorite things to make this fall has been apple slices in the slow cooker.
Slow cooking the apples allows the natural sugars to come out so much less sugar needs to be added. It will also fill your house with a pleasant aroma eliminating the need for any scented candles.
I also love oats and created this dish to combine the two together. It came out really good! This dish would be perfect for a holiday brunch or for Christmas morning.
You can cook the apples overnight or the night before so the dish can come together pretty quickly. They freeze well too just in case you may have leftovers. Another great thing to use the apples in is my Healthy Apple Cobbler. Yum!
