The very first food blog I ever followed was Chocolate Covered Katie. She is the original queen of healthy desserts. That is why I was so excited to get the opportunity to review her new cookbook Chocolate-Covered Katie: Over 80 Delicious Recipes That Are Secretly Good for You. The Chocolate Pixie Cookies was the first recipe I tried. They are delicious. I knew they were good when my 5 year old wanted to lick the mixer paddle clean!
This book is truly for the dessert lover. It’s filled with amazing recipes like, Chocolate Infinity Pie, New York Style Cheesecake, Peanut Butter and Jelly Candy Cups and so much more. All are vegan and made with healthy ingredients. She even provides nutrition facts and weight watchers points with every recipe. The best part about these recipes is that they are easy!
