Maple Cinnamon Parsnip Chips

Maple Cinnamon Parsnip Chips. I love making homemade chips.  These yummy homemade chips are my latest creation.  The maple and cinnamon flavors go so well in this easy parsnip chip recipe.

If you don’t know what parsnips are, they are in the same family as carrots and have a mild, sweet flavor.  These maple parsnip chips are so good!

My kids and I ate the whole tray!  If you like this recipe, you may also enjoy my zucchini chips and my maple cinnamon roasted chickpeas.

Recipe Notes

The cooking time will depend on how thick/thin you slice the chips. Just keep a close eye on them. You can feel when they are crispy.

  1. Hi Melissa. Just wanted to say thanks so much for the recipe. I finally got around to trying it yesterday {after having it on my mind for ages from seeing it on Pinterest} and I absolutely loved it! The only thing I did differently is that rather than baking the chips for 30-40 mins, I just sliced them thinly and put them in the oven on broil. They were ready in 10 minutes that way {though you have to watch them carefully so they don't burn}. Thanks again for the inspiration -- such a lovely flavor combination!
