  1. These look awesome! I do have a couple of questions.. About how big do you make the bites? Also do they have a really coconut-y taste?
    1. Thank you! They don't have a coconut taste at all. The peanut taste comes through the most. I made them into 1 inch balls.
  2. Love the new look of your page...but what if one doesn't like chocolate? What would be a viable alternative in this recipe? Thanks...& I know it's weird but I have never like chocolate.
    1. Thank you! You can sub dried fruit for the chocolate chips if you like. I think dates, apricots, apples or raisins would be good.
  3. I just have to say how much I love your recipes! I just tried this today (I subbed walnuts too because that is what I had on hand) and they are delicious! They set well after an hour in the fridge and they taste like a cross between an macaroon and chocolate mousse! I also made your pecan pie granola last week and it is great (and gone!) Thank you for sharing whole food recipes that a kitchen rookie can make (and not be intimidated!)
  4. Hi !! I just recently discovered your website it has become my favorite and have made many of your recipes. My co workers look forward to each Monday for some new yummy treats. The pecan pie granola is by far one of the best so far :)) I have many more to try please keep sending them.
    1. Thank you! I am so glad you are enjoying them! I am not stopping any time soon. I also have a cookbook coming out in December. :)

  6. These sound great! I can't wait to give them a try - and I LOVE that they only have 3 ingredients. What could be easier. Thanks for sharing! Pinned. :)
  7. These ARE great - and took me about 5 minutes to make - total! I put in some cashews and I also had an open can of coconut milk - so I used some of that in place of water. Yummo!
  8. Has anyone tried sending these through the mail? They would be good to include in a college care package. Thanks!
    1. How far would you need to send them? I am not sure they would hold up in the summer, but they might be okay to ship now.
  9. We had a huge bag of peanuts in shells, so I shelled them and tried this recipe. I'd definitely use unsalted next time. I added some maple syrup for my sweet toothed kids...Yum!
  10. Healthy but not really low cal? I guess the trick is to eat just one. That is my problem - wont be able to do that!
