Have you been thinking about getting a spiralizer? Do you have one? I am here to share some Healthy Sprializer Recipes with you. I love mine! Veggie pasta is guilt free and very tasty! But before I share the recipes, let me talk about the different types of spiralizers out there.
Paderno – This is the #1 spiralizer that I recommend. I love it because it’s easy to use and clean, doesn’t take up too much space, and it does all the hard veggies like beets and sweet potatoes. It runs around $33
Veggetti – This is a handheld device. It’s small and can fit in a drawer, but it will only spiralize soft veggies like zucchini, summer squash and cucumbers. It runs around $12.
Be aware there are many cheap knock off brands that are flimsy and do not hold up. Remember that you get what you pay for, so be wary of a spiralizer that looks like the Paderno, but sells for much cheaper. These are usually not good quality.
